Nosepads hold eyeglasses on your nose.  Usually nosepads are made out of silicone plastic.  These nosepads are made of clear quartz Casa Crystal, bringing the healing vibration right onto the bridge of your nose.  If your glasses have nosepads which are screwed into the eyeglasses frame, they can be removed and replaced with Casa Crystal nosepads.
